Dr Gordon Spence is a psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working in academia and private practice. In his new book, Get Moving Keep Moving, Gordon fuses psychology and exercise science to explore why exercise loses its lustre and provides a practical guide to healthy ageing.  

Returning to exercise in your 30s, 40s and 50s involves challenges that Gordon knows well. Using the personal stories of five people, including his own, Gordon shows how those challenges can be overcome and the possibilities this creates for ageing well.
