Our guest today has no shortage of energy and positivity. No matter what life throws at her, she greets it with a smile and a willingness to embrace any embarrassing moment that may accompany it. She’s proactive about doing all she can to communicate a positive health message as broadly as she possibly can. However, a few years ago, Jane faced a health challenge that threatened her life and made her question her role as a health advocate. In this episode we hear how shameless Jane can be, how she came to be diagnosed with her illness (with misdiagnoses along the way) and how, in a moment of crisis for her, she ended up being the one administering medical assistance.
