A medical practitioner and board-certified lifestyle medicine physician, specialising in brain health and mental performance, and an award-winning speaker, facilitator, and author Dr Jenny Brockis is committed to reimagining mental health, to elevate psychological safety and make burnout redundant.
While walking through common issues such as loneliness, stress, relationship breakdown, loss of social connection, and mental health issues, Dr Brockis shows that there are practical ways to alleviate or even banish these difficulties—and to reclaim a sense of meaning and vitality you might not have felt in years.
Dr Jenny credits her sense of curiosity as to what led her to develop a sense of awe and wonder about the human body and why sometimes things go wrong. She has spent her life looking after the health and wellbeing of others, first as the Principal of a group medical practice and then from her workplace-based consultancy company, Brain Fit.
Her vision for Brain Fit is to co-create brain-friendly workplaces that reignite energy, drive and passion to boost mental performance and higher-order thinking.
