We are taught not to show it our whole lives, that anger is bad. But the truth is Anger causes action. Anger is part of the grieving process, but it’s what we DO with it that matters.
If we leave it in the unconscious, we lash out at the wrong things. If we move it to the conscious, we can hope it goes away. If we become FULLY AWARE it’s there, we can learn to release it. The best way is exercise. Full stop. Move it from the mental to the physical in a positive way.
